Project Overview

This project focused on designing a lead management dashboard for RV dealers, helping them organize and track customer inquiries more efficiently.

Problem Statement

Dealers of RV, often struggle to manage leads coming from multiple channels like calls, emails, and walk-ins. Without a centralized system, leads get lost in notes and spreadsheets, follow-ups are missed, and potential customers slip away to competitors. There is a clear need for a solution that tracks leads, sets reminders, and streamlines the follow-up process.

Conducted competitive analysis to benchmark existing inventory management solutions and identify gaps in usability and functionality.

Led stakeholder interviews with warehouse managers, procurement teams, and supply chain leads to capture business requirements and pain points.

Facilitated user research sessions with end-users to map workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and validate design concepts.
